At Manic Society, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or changes of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at manicsocietyofficial@gmail.com Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Size

Please review our sizing charts before placing your order. Since every item is produced on demand, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin production quickly after purchase. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution.
